Natural Eye Pencil

1. Create a thick or thin line across the upper lash line and extend outwards making it thicker at the outer corner.
2. Apply along the lower lash line to frame the eyes.
3. Use in the upper and lower waterlines for added definition.
4. Using our Smudge Brush, smudge the eyeliner on the lash lines for a more smoky dramatic effect.
