Most waterproof eyeliners are a trade-off: great staying power, irritating formula. The CLE Cosmetics Fluid Touch Liner doesn't make you choose. It's built on Korean beauty technology that combines a long-lasting, smudge-proof finish with skin-nourishing botanicals gentle enough for sensitive and contact lens-wearing eyes.

The flat brush tip is the reason makeup artists reach for this one. A light hand gives you a clean, precise line. More pressure creates a thick, graphic flick. Either way it sets matte in about 10 seconds and stays put through heat, humidity, and a full day's wear.

To remove: This liner is genuinely waterproof, so double cleanse — start with an oil-based cleanser, follow with your regular face wash.

1 Shake well before use.

2 When applying, use very light pressure for fine, exact lines and add more pressure to create a thicker, bold eyeliner look.

3 After applying, we suggest letting the liner dry for around 10 seconds before fully opening your eyes.

4 For optimal application, store lying horizontally when not in use.

Removal

We highly recommend double cleansing to take the eyeliner off as it is waterproof.

1 Use an oil-based cleanser to take off the product with ease.

2 Follow up by cleansing with the Oxygen Foam Cleanser or your daily cleanser of choice.
