UAE Shipping Information

The fees for delivery within UAE are as follows:

Free Delivery on all orders in the UAE
Cash On Delivery - Additional charge of 15 AED

We aim to deliver your order within 1-2 (one to two) business days after your order has been successfully submitted.

However, there are remote locations within the UAE which will have longer delivery times, which are dependent on our delivery provider. Our customer care team will contact you if you are located in a remote location.

GCC Shipping Information

Shipping is available in the GCC region. The fees for which are as follows:

Delivery Fee - 35 AED (or equivalent in local currency of country of delivery)

We aim to deliver your order within 3- 5 (three to five) business days after your order has been successfully submitted. Our delivery partner will contact you to coordinate a convenient time for delivery.

MissPalettable is not responsible for any additional custom duties that may be imposed on the customer in their country of delivery.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders are delivered Sunday through Thursday excluding Friday, Saturday and Public Holidays.

International Shipping Information

MissPalettable ships our wonderful products worldwide!

The delivery fee for Asia Pacific, Europe and the United States is 80 AED.

The delivery fee for the Rest of the World is 140 AED.

We aim to deliver your order within 4-7 (four to seven) business days after your order has been successfully submitted. Our delivery partner will contact you to coordinate a convenient time for delivery.

Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. MissPalettable is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and cannot ship out replacement packages.
